Roli – Quality Control Machine

Whilst working alongside Roli in a technical consulting facility it became clear that they needed a more robust way of testing and evaluating their products and forming a complete quality control program.

We designed a 3-axis test platform for them that was capable of running fully automated test programs at the high levels of accuracy they required to not only test but develop their products.

The machine allowed scope to incorporate a number of different test heads to perform various functions such as force-deflection and dynamic response.
