Dyson DC01

Gareth Jones who leads the team at Freshworks was a member of the original three-man DC01 design team.

Joining Dyson in 1989 he worked from the coach house in Bathford, long before the Headquarters in Malmesbury was developed. The DC01 was the first ever of Dyson’s cyclonic cleaners and it revolutionized the entire market, paving the way for the future business.

Appointed the role of Group Product technical Director in 2007 he went on to oversee a number of other ground-breaking products and has vast experience in all areas of development and production.
