The raptor project was introduced in conjunction with Milk-Rite’s strategic deployment of their cluster exchange program.
Moving to a service-based system new requirements were placed on the claws to be quickly disassembled, allowing them to be inspected and cleaned before transitioning through the factory.
Not afraid of getting our hands dirty, we tried out the current products first-hand in the parlours to get the end-user perspective, ensuring every influence was considered en-route to producing the final design.
The output of the Raptor project was a claw that was more ergonomic, and featured a quick release bayonet fastening allowing the claw to be disassembled in significantly reduced time.
